Give an indication of Ferrum iodatum.

Bearing down in the uterine region when sitting ; the patient feels as if something sore and painful were being pushed up. Prolapsus uteri. Starchy leucorrhoea. Pressure in the rectum ; painful menses, especially in pale anaemic subjects.
