About the family
Corylaceae…Corylaceae, the hazel family, is now usually treated as a subfamily of the birch family (Betulaceae), comprising trees and shrubs such as hazel, hornbeam and birch. The single listed remedy, Quercus e glandibus (tincture of acorns), is its best-known member in homeopathy, though modern botany places oaks in the beech family (Fagaceae).
