Reason for useRoberts

The singularly contradictory character of Ignatia, both mental and physical, gives an insight into its sphere of usefulness in whatever condition. The pains are acute and excruciating in character ; the aggravations and ameliorations are peculiar and marked ; and when taken in connection with the concomitant symptoms point unmistakably to its selection. Use Pulsatilla to antidote Ignatia rather than Nux vomica, for the latter may prove inimical.
