Cuprum met. will be found of use in those patients suffering with chorea, when complicated with rheumatic troubles or when it can be traced to a rheumatic diathesis. The heart is a source of distress. The body is very sensitive to touch, and groups of muscles, mostly the flexors, have violent contractions. Cuprum follows Act. rac. and Agar. well. It may be followed by Calc. c. or Caust. It is complementary to Calc. c. Compare Sil. for pains in the head.
